manatcoy ("we", "us", "our") takes the privacy of personal information seriously. This policy explains what data we collect, why we collect it, how it is used, and how you may exercise your rights in relation to it. It applies to information collected through this website and in the course of providing pension legal services.
Our services involve reviewing sensitive financial and employment documentation. The responsible handling of personal information is therefore central to how we work, not an afterthought.

2. Personal Data We Collect
We collect personal data in the following ways:
Through the website contact form: Name, email address, and telephone number (optional), together with any details shared in the message field. This data is submitted voluntarily when an enquiry is made.
During service delivery: Employment history, contribution records, tax filings, identification documents, and other financial or legal documentation provided by the client for the purpose of pension record review and reconciliation.
Through website analytics: Anonymised usage data (pages visited, session duration) collected via analytics cookies, subject to consent.
Legal basis for processing: Contact enquiries are processed on the basis of legitimate interest (responding to a service request). Service delivery data is processed on the basis of contract performance. Analytics data is processed on the basis of consent.
Retention: Website enquiry data is retained for 12 months. Client engagement files are retained for 7 years following the conclusion of the matter, in accordance with Thai legal requirements for professional records. Analytics data is retained for no more than 26 months.
3. How We Use Personal Data
Personal data collected through this website is used to respond to enquiries and, where an engagement follows, to deliver the agreed service. We do not use client data for marketing purposes without separate consent.
We do not sell or share personal data with third parties for commercial purposes. Data may be shared with pension authorities in Thailand or other jurisdictions where this is necessary to carry out the service (for example, submitting a correction request on the client's behalf). This sharing is done only with the client's explicit knowledge and consent as part of the service scope.
We use Google Analytics to understand how visitors use this website. This service processes anonymised usage data. No personally identifiable information is included in analytics data.
We do not send marketing communications without opt-in consent. Clients may opt out of any communications at any time by writing to [email protected].
4. Data Protection Measures
Physical documents are stored in locked cabinets accessible only to authorised members of the practice. Digital files are held on encrypted storage systems with access controls limiting visibility to relevant personnel.
Email communications containing sensitive client data are sent using TLS encryption where supported. We advise clients against sending sensitive documents by unencrypted email and are happy to arrange alternative secure transfer methods on request.
In the event of a data breach affecting personal information, we will notify affected individuals without undue delay and, where required, notify the relevant supervisory authority.
5. Cookies
This website uses essential cookies for basic functionality and, subject to consent, analytics cookies to understand site usage. Marketing cookies are not used. A full explanation of our cookie practices is available in our Cookie Policy.

- Access: You may request a copy of the personal data we hold about you.
- Rectification: You may request that inaccurate data be corrected.
- Erasure: You may request deletion of personal data where there is no legal basis for retention, subject to our obligations under Thai law regarding professional records.
- Portability: You may request that data provided by you be transferred in a commonly used format.
- Objection: You may object to processing based on legitimate interest.
- Withdrawal of consent: Where processing is based on consent, you may withdraw that consent at any time.
To exercise any of these rights, contact us at [email protected]. We will respond within 30 days.
Thailand's Personal Data Protection Act (PDPA), B.E. 2562 (2019), governs data protection in this jurisdiction. If you are dissatisfied with how your personal data has been handled, you may lodge a complaint with the Personal Data Protection Committee (PDPC) of Thailand.
