What does a pension record review actually involve?

We collect the documents that underpin your pension contributions — tax filings, employer records, social security statements — and compare them against the official pension account. Where there are differences, we note them and prepare a written reconciliation. The output is a document you can read and keep.

How long does the process take?

Duration depends on how many employment categories and jurisdictions are involved, and how complete the available documents are. A straightforward self-employed review may be completed in a few weeks. A mixed-career or cross-border matter will naturally take longer. We will give you a clearer indication once we understand the scope of your record.

What if my records from another country are in a different language?

Foreign-language documents are a regular part of cross-border pension work. We manage the translation and interpretation of relevant documents as part of the cross-border coordination service, so you do not need to arrange this separately.

Do I need to visit your office in person?

An initial conversation can take place by telephone or in person, whichever is more convenient for you. Document exchange can be managed by secure post or in a scheduled office visit. We try to arrange the process around what is practical for the client.

What are the fees and when are they charged?

Service fees are: Self-Employed Records Review — ฿4,400; Mixed-Career Reconciliation — ฿11,000; Cross-Border Coordination — ฿14,600. The fee and payment schedule are agreed in writing before work begins. There are no additions not discussed at the outset.

Will the pension authority change anything based on this work?

Our work produces a written record and, where needed, formal correspondence with the pension authority. Decisions on any adjustments to the account rest with the authority itself. We cannot determine how they will respond, but a well-evidenced submission does support a more considered review of your case.

Is my personal information kept confidential?

All personal and financial documents you share with us are handled under professional confidentiality obligations. Documents are not shared with any third party without your written consent, except where required by law. Our privacy practices are described fully in our Privacy Policy.
