Terms & Conditions
manatcoy · Last updated: 2 May 2025
These terms apply to all enquiries received and services engaged on or after 2 May 2025.
Please read these terms carefully before engaging the services of manatcoy. By submitting an enquiry through this website or by entering into a service engagement with us, you confirm that you have read and understood these terms and agree to be bound by them.
These terms do not limit any rights you may have under applicable Thai law. If any provision is found to be unenforceable, the remaining provisions continue in full force.
1. About manatcoy
manatcoy is a legal practice based in Bangkok, Thailand, providing pension record review, mixed-career reconciliation, and cross-border pension coordination services. The practice operates from:
92 Phaya Thai Road, Thanon Phaya Thai
Ratchathewi, Bangkok 10400, Thailand

References to "we", "us", and "our" throughout these terms are references to manatcoy. References to "you" or "client" are references to the person who engages our services or makes an enquiry.
2. Nature of Our Services
We provide three categories of service:
Self-Employed Pension Records Review (฿4,400 THB): A written review of the client's pension contribution record as it relates to periods of self-employment, including compilation and reconciliation of available documentation against the official record.
Mixed-Career Pension Reconciliation (฿11,000 THB): A written reconstruction of the client's contribution history across multiple employment categories, identification of any periods that may not be correctly recorded, and drafting of correspondence with the relevant pension authority where appropriate.
Cross-Border Pension Coordination (฿14,600 THB): A written review of contribution records across more than one jurisdiction, identification of applicable coordination or totalisation provisions, drafting of correspondence with each relevant authority, and ongoing translation and reconciliation of responses received.
All services result in a written output document delivered to the client. The pace of each engagement is determined by the complexity of the record and the responsiveness of third-party authorities, not by any internal deadline.
Our services are informational and documentary in nature. We review, compile, reconcile, and correspond on your behalf. We do not provide investment advice, financial planning, or actuarial services.
3. Engagement and Fees
An engagement begins when both parties have agreed in writing on the scope of the service to be provided and payment of the applicable fee has been confirmed. An enquiry submitted through this website does not constitute an engagement.
Fees are stated in Thai Baht (THB) and are inclusive of all standard work within the described service scope. We do not add fees for routine work unless the scope materially changes from what was agreed at the outset. Where a change in scope is identified during an engagement, we will notify you in writing before any additional fee is incurred.
Payment terms will be specified in the engagement letter. Unless otherwise agreed, fees are payable in full before work commences.
Fees are non-refundable once substantive work has begun on an engagement, except where we are unable to complete the agreed service through no fault of yours. In that circumstance, a proportionate refund reflecting work not yet completed will be offered.
4. Client Responsibilities
The quality and completeness of our work depends materially on the documentation and information you provide. You agree to:
- Provide all documents and information requested in a timely manner and in as complete a form as available to you.
- Notify us promptly if any information previously provided changes or is found to be inaccurate.
- Ensure that all documentation provided to us has been obtained lawfully and that you are authorised to share it with us.
- Respond to queries from us within a reasonable time. Where a response is not received within 30 days, we may pause active work on your engagement and notify you in writing.
We rely on the accuracy of the information you provide. We do not independently verify documentation against original source systems unless this is specifically within the agreed service scope.
5. Scope and Limitations
Our services cover the review, reconciliation, and documentation of pension contribution records. The following are outside the scope of all services unless explicitly agreed in the engagement letter:
- Representation at hearings, tribunals, or proceedings of any kind.
- Legal advice on any matter other than the pension record issues within the agreed scope.
- Financial or investment planning in relation to pension entitlements.
- Any service requiring registration or authorisation that we do not hold.
We cannot control the decisions or timescales of pension authorities, government departments, or foreign agencies. Our work is to prepare and submit the best possible documentation; the outcome of any submission to an authority is not within our control and is not a commitment made in these terms.
Results will vary depending on the completeness of available records, the policies of the relevant authority, and factors outside our knowledge at the time of engagement. Nothing in these terms or on this website should be understood as a prediction of outcome.
6. Confidentiality
We treat all client information as confidential. We will not disclose information received in the course of an engagement to any third party except:
- Where disclosure is necessary to carry out the agreed service and you have been informed (for example, submitting documents to a pension authority).
- Where required by Thai law or a lawful order of a competent authority.
- Where you have given written consent to a specific disclosure.
Confidentiality obligations continue after an engagement ends. Our full data handling practices are described in our Privacy Policy.
7. Intellectual Property
Written reports and other documents prepared by manatcoy for a client become the property of that client on delivery and full payment of the applicable fee. The client may use them for any personal, family, or administrative purpose.
The content of this website, including all text, design elements, and structure, remains the property of manatcoy. It may not be reproduced or adapted without our written permission.
8. Limitation of Liability
We will carry out our services with reasonable professional care and skill. If we fall below this standard, our liability to you is limited to the fee paid for the relevant service.
We are not liable for any loss arising from:
- Inaccurate, incomplete, or misleading information provided by you.
- Decisions made by pension authorities, government departments, or foreign agencies.
- Delays caused by third parties, including postal and administrative delays outside our control.
- Indirect, consequential, or economic loss of any kind.
Nothing in these terms excludes or limits liability for fraud, wilful misconduct, or any liability that cannot be lawfully limited under applicable Thai law.
9. Termination
Either party may end an engagement by giving written notice to the other. If you terminate an engagement after substantive work has begun, fees for work completed to the point of termination are payable. We will provide a written summary of work completed at that stage.
We may decline to continue an engagement or to accept a new enquiry without being required to give a reason. Where an engagement is in progress, we will give reasonable notice before ending it.
10. Governing Law and Disputes
These terms are governed by the laws of Thailand. In the event of a dispute, we will make every reasonable effort to resolve the matter informally by correspondence in the first instance.
If a dispute cannot be resolved informally, it shall be subject to the jurisdiction of the competent courts of Bangkok, Thailand.
11. Changes to These Terms
We may update these terms from time to time. The version in force at the time of your engagement is the version that applies to that engagement. The date at the top of this page reflects the most recent revision. Continuing to use this website after an update constitutes acceptance of the revised terms for any new enquiry or engagement.
